SURVEY

We thank all of you who completed and returned our annual survey.  Each summer we send about 1500 customer service and satisfaction surveys to a random group of patrons and we appreciate your taking the time to answer the questions and mail the surveys back to us.  One of the questions asked if the patron is receiving enough books and almost nine percent of respondents indicated that they are not receiving as many books at a time as they would like.  If you find yourself in that situation please call us and let us know that you need more books.  Mail will slow down as the holidays approach and that will make having enough books even more important.
