Keeping Books Coming

To ensure that you continue to receive books from the library there are a few things to remember:

Return books on time.  The checkout period is 30 days from the day you receive the book in the mail.  The sooner you return a book the sooner we can send one to replace it.  If you aren’t receiving enough books, talk to your Librarian about the possibility of having more sent.

Notify us anytime you will be moving or going away for an extended period of time.  When you travel or go somewhere else for the summer we can send your books to an alternate address.  Just call and let us know where and be sure to let us know when you plan to return.

Have a request list on file so that books sent are the ones you have chosen to read.  You can send lists by email, by mail to the address on the front of this newsletter or by fax to (602) 286-0444.  You can also call them in and when we’re not here leave a message in the general delivery voice mail box.  Your librarian will take care of your request on the next business day.
