Big Picture Presentation: Since You Are Going to Lead Anyway, You Might as Well Leadwell
February 10th, 2010

As leaders, it's easy to go missing in action. We're in the building, but is our leadership presence making an everyday difference? The best leaders lead with full engagement and inspire others to work with the same passion. It sounds good--a "no brainer" really. But, there are obstacles to overcome if we are to leadwell. Join nationally acclaimed speaker, author and leadership coach, Dr. David Fleming, as he explores with us four leadership practices that make the difference between surviving the day and changing the world (or at least your corner of the world). Since you're going to lead anyway, you might as well lead well.

Bio: Dr. Dave Fleming speaks to and coaches leaders across the country, helping them live and leadwell. Dave holds a Master's in counseling/education and a Doctor of management in organizational leadership. He is currently pursuing his second Ph.D. in human and organizational development from the Feilding University because he has no life and enjoys debt.
