Federal Publications Disposal/Exchange Lists

The following are lists of federal agency publications that federal depository libraries in Arizona would like to discard. Posting the lists on this site serves two functions:

Federal Depository Library Program logo
  • Libraries that participate in the Federal Depository Library Program are required by law to request permission from the regional federal depository library before disposing of any items received through the program. The Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records Research Library is the regional federal depository library for Arizona and lists posted on this site have been cleared for disposal. See: Guidelines for Disposal of Federal Documents in Arizona.
  • The site is also meant to give both depository and non-depository libraries in Arizona an opportunity to acquire depository publications that have been targeted for disposal. Anyone may request publications from these lists.
  • There is no charge for the publications, however, the offering library may request reimbursement for shipping costs over $5.00.
