Legislative Study Committee Reports Disclaimer

This collection of Legislative Study Committee Reports is provided as a convenience to the researcher, state agency or legislative member who would like to know the contents of such reports. The State Library has microfilmed reports owned by the Library and digitized them in an image-based Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) in order to provide 24 hour access to as complete a document as possible. These documents are IMAGES, rather than word searchable PDF. Thus, searching for keywords within the document will not work, nor will the major search engines pick up keywords within these image-based documents. This measure also ensures that the contents of these reports will be seen in their original context and as a part of the report.

Every effort has been made to ensure that these are accurate reproductions of the original. However, the official documents can be found through the Arizona Senate Resource Center or the Clerk of the Arizona House of Representatives. The Law and Research Library also has a paper copy of reports distributed to the Library.

Due to the quality of the originals and the digitization process, some reports may be difficult to read or may have pages out of order. Some reports may be in the process of being redigitized for better quality. Please e-mail any concerns or comments about this project to research with LSC Reports in the subject line.
