Welcome to the Arizona Braille and Talking Book Machine Information Center. Here is where we will make it easier for our Sub-lending libraries to obtain forms and order more machines or empty boxes for returning machines. The form can also be used when responding to a machine reconciliation letter and to send comments or questions.

If you have a patron that is chemically sensitive we can send them a machine that has been cleaned without use of chemicals.

FAQ's Question: When is the digital machine coming out? Answer: It is slated to come out at the end of 2008 so look for them to start showing up with patrons around the beginning of 2009. Question: Why is my machine talking like Donald Duck? Answer: First make sure your speed is set to 15\16. When a tape has been played many times it can become wound up too tight. Take the tape out and slap it down on a hard surface a couple of times to loosen the tape. Put it back and rewind a little, then fast forward and try playing again.
