Accessing Arizona Public Records
In general, most of Arizona's public records are not available via the internet. Arizona law requires the requester to contact the public agency during normal business hours, and allows the agency to charge for copies of public records. Commercial use of public records is covered under statute and has more restrictive requirements and higher cost per copy.
For any other Arizona Historical Documents prior to 1930, contact the History and Archives Division by email.
