Records Operations Picture

The State Records Management Center (RMC) offers low-cost, high-density, secure storage solutions for state agency records. The Records Center is located just west of the capital mall at 1919 West jefferson Street in Phoenix.

 

 

 

Inactive records may be stored for state agencies that are on approved retention schedules for that agency or on the General Retention Schedules for State Agencies. State agency specific schedules are located here. The General Retention Schedules for State Agencies are here. Records stored at the Records Center remain in the legal custody of the originating agency.
