Professional Collection
The Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records has compiled a Professional Collection of books, videos, tapes and other multi-media
materials that are available for loan. This collection is intended to serve the needs of professionals, students, trustees and other
practitioners in the fields of archives and records management, conservation and preservation of materials, museology and librarianship,
specifically in the areas of law, federal publications, maps, and genealogy. The collection can be utilized for research, professional
development, accreditation preparation, exhibits, public programs, or other related educational and career enhancement purposes.
The collection is housed in the Law and Research Library. An item may be checked out for a two week
period by requesting the item through interlibrary loan, by contacting the
Law and Research Library, or by coming to the library in person.
The Professional Collection is one of the Agency's contributions toward statewide resource sharing and collaborative collection development. In
an effort to encourage statewide participation, we encourage anyone to make suggestions for
future acquisitions.
